Who is the N.C.C?

"The Center represents and will bring to light the contributions of the Black community in Montreal, Quebec and Canadian history. A celebration of culture that will reveal Canada's Black legacy for present and future generations. Consistent with the Negro Community Center's prior mission, the Charles H. Este Cultural Center will foster a sense of belonging, learning,
and growth. Our mission is to rebuild and recreate a center that will intellectually and emotionally engage any and all
who come to share the past, present and future of Montreal's Black Community."

I'm currently redesigning their website which is due early 2011.
